Welcome to the section dedicated to our Shipping Policy. My Mō is a made in Italy brand, entirely designed, produced, and shipped from Aversa, with deliveries throughout Europe. Here you will find all the information regarding costs, delivery times, couriers used for sending your orders, repair times, and product exchange service.
1. Shipping Costs
Free shipping for orders ≥ € 15.00.
Cost of € 7.00 for orders < € 15.00.

GLS Shop Pickup Option
The customer normally orders by entering their address. At the time of shipment, they will receive an email and SMS notification with a link to select the most convenient GLS Shop (stationery stores, tobacconists, or GLS branches). The package will be delivered there and can be picked up within 10 working days from deposit.
2.1 Clarification on Overall Times
The indicated times of 24/48/72 hours refer exclusively to the transport period, that is, the time the courier takes after picking up the package. They do not include internal handling times (picking, quality checks, packaging…).
Actual delivery time = warehouse preparation + courier transport.
3. Preparation and Production Times of Orders
3.1 Ready to Ship Products
Even products indicated as “ready to ship” require up to 7 working days to be picked from our warehouse in Aversa, checked according to the strict My Mō quality standards, carefully packed, and entered into the logistics system for shipping. We receive thousands of orders daily and, to ensure uniform and timely service, we reserve the maximum of 7 working days.
3.2 Customized Products
Estimated times: 1–30 working days, excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays.
Technical reason: each phase—from design engraving, file preparation, manual processing, electroplating, to final checks—requires specialized resources and quality tests.
Warning: times are indicative and not binding. Delays may occur depending on workload or technical issues.
Operational advice: always contact us via support@mymo.it or WhatsApp before purchase to obtain a personalized and binding estimate of production times.
3.3 Order Priority Service
For special needs, the Order Priority Service is available, which speeds up processing by 1–3 working days.

3.4 Exact Time Communication
The customer is required to contact us in advance via support@mymo.it or WhatsApp to agree on the actual delivery times based on the chosen product. In the absence of such a request, the indicated times are considered accepted at the time of order confirmation.
3.5 Legal Basis
Pursuant to Art. 61 of Legislative Decree 206/2005 (Consumer Code), My Mō commits to delivering within the agreed terms. In the absence of other indications, the maximum term is 30 days from the conclusion of the contract, with the possibility to exercise the rights provided in case of significant delay.
4. Shipping
4.1 Express Courier Used
My Mō entrusts all shipments to express couriers (GLS, SDA), chosen based on destination and operational conditions, to ensure safety, traceability, and speed.
4.2 Courier Delivery Times
Indicative times: 24/48/72 working hours from package pickup, not including preparation times.

Reason: they indicate the window in which the courier sorts and delivers, not the total “click → receipt” time.

Operational warning: the customer must consider both preparation (§ 3) and transport. Only an express and accepted quote binds the total 24/48/72 hours.
4.3 Shipping Costs

Orders ≥ € 15.00: free shipping in Europe.

Orders < € 15.00: contribution of € 7.00, included in the final price.
Reason: partial coverage of logistics and courier expenses.
4.4 Stock and Redelivery
Two delivery attempts. If unsuccessful:

The package is held at the local center.

Redelivery cost: € 8.50, charged automatically; alternatively, self-pickup.
Note: without payment, the package remains in storage according to courier rules.
4.5 Package Insurance
Optional, € 1.99. Covers damage and loss.
If no insurance: any damage or loss is the courier's responsibility; the customer must contact the courier for claims and refunds.
5. Repairs
Estimated processing and repair time: 10–15 business days.
Repair cost: always free.
GLS pickup and shipping service: € 20, at customer's expense.
Self-shipping: at customer's expense.
6. Product Exchange
Service cost: € 12.00.
Additional charges: any price difference and removal of discount.
Requirements: request within 14 days, product intact, perfect packaging, and warranty attached.
Procedure: send a statement to cambi@mymo.it, wait for email approval, then ship.
7. Cash on Delivery
Cash on delivery not available: all orders must be paid at the time of purchase.

Payment Method: Your first installment will be charged at the time of order confirmation. Subsequent installments will be charged 30 and 60 days later, respectively.

Bank transfer
If you do not have a Credit Card, you can choose to pay via Bank Transfer. The necessary details to make the transfer will be provided to you at the time of order confirmation.

Important Note: The bank transfer must be made at the same time as the order. To ensure the validity of the order and prevent delays, it is essential to send a copy of the transfer (receipt or bank statement) to our customer service immediately after making the payment. Without this tangible proof, the order will not be processed.
- Deadline: If payment is not received by the next business day after the order, it will be automatically canceled. Furthermore, in the event of non-payment, the user will not be able to place further orders with payment via bank transfer and must use other available payment methods.
Cash Payment
If you do not have a credit card and prefer to pay in cash, you can make a transfer at any Lottomatica point (tobacconist) or post office. This option allows you to pay in cash directly at one of the indicated locations.
- How to Proceed: Go to a Lottomatica point or a post office and provide the bank transfer details that you will receive at the time of order confirmation. Make sure to have the ORDER NUMBER with you to facilitate the process.
Pay in 3 installments or after 30 days with Klarna
Split the cost of your purchase into 3 equal installments with Klarna. The payment for each installment will be automatically deducted from the credit or debit card used at the time of payment.
- Payment Terms: The first installment will be charged at the time of order confirmation, while the subsequent installments will be charged 30 and 60 days later, respectively.
- After 30 Days: Pay the full amount 30 days after receiving the order. This option allows you to make the payment in a single installment one month after the purchase confirmation.
Mark
It is firmly stated that My Mō does not offer the option of cash on delivery. All orders must be paid for immediately at the time of purchase. Prepayment is mandatory for all purchases.
